Ben and Amy went to the farm to choose the new puppy.
"Which one is ours?" whispered Amy.
Three little puppies were snuggled up in a basket with their mum.
Dad smiled. "Whichone would you like?" he asked.
"I'd like this one," said Ben.
He pointed at a brown puppy with white paws.
Amy shook her head. "No!" she said,"I'd like that one over there!"
A tiny black puppy bravely peeped out frombehind his mum and wagged its stumpy tail.
本和艾米去農場挑選新的小狗。
“哪一個是我們的?” 艾米低聲說。
三只小狗和他們的媽媽依偎在一個籃子里。
爸爸笑了。 “你喜歡哪一個?” 他問。
“我想要這個，”本說。
他指著一只棕色的小狗，爪子是白色的。
艾米搖搖頭。 “不!” 她說：“我想要那邊的那個!”
一只小小的黑色小狗勇敢地從媽媽身后探出頭來，搖晃著它粗短的尾巴。
