He picked some tea-tree leaves

他撿了一些茶樹樹葉，

and gum leaves from the tree...

還在樹上折了一些膠葉...

The recipe for soup said:

菜譜上說：

Chop up the tea-tree leaves...

如果做湯，要把茶樹樹葉切碎...

...put them in a pot and cover them with cream.

...再把它們放到鍋里，然后覆蓋上奶油。

Grug cooked the mixture over his fire to make tea-tree soup.

做完這些，瓜哥把鍋吊在火上煮茶樹湯。

Next Grug cut up the carrots and spinach.

接下來瓜哥把胡蘿卜和菠菜切碎。

He mixed them with eggs and flour.

他把雞蛋和面粉也加進來，攪拌在一起。

Then he wrapped the mixture in gum leaves

然后他用膠葉把混合好的材料卷起來

to make gum-leaf rolls.

做成了膠葉卷。

But the mixture oozed out, so Grug

但是食材都從膠葉兩邊擠出來了，
