Jeremy stood on his back legs.
He reached toward the top of the pail.
"Ugh! I am not tall enough!"
Jeremy hopped up.
His fingers reached the rim.
"Yes!" Jeremy said.
But his fingers slipped.
Plop!
Jeremy fell back into the pail.
"What was that sound?" the farmer said.
He looked around.
But he didn't see anything.
杰里米用后腿站立。
他把手伸向桶頂。
“呃!我個子不夠高!”
杰里米跳了起來。
他的手指到達了邊緣。
“是的!” 杰里米說。
但他的手指滑了一下。
撲通!
杰里米倒回桶里。
“那是什么聲音?” 農夫說。
他看了看周圍。
但他什么也沒看到。
