Power Up，2019年劍橋大學(xué)出版社首次和劍橋考評(píng)部合作推出的教材，也是Caroline Nixon和Michael Tomlinson的再次合璧之作。

兩位作者此前曾經(jīng)共同編寫(xiě)過(guò)劍橋經(jīng)典的考級(jí)備考教材Kid's Box(劍橋國(guó)際少兒英語(yǔ))，反響熱烈，深受國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)校、機(jī)構(gòu)、父母師長(zhǎng)們好評(píng)。這套教材就是Kid's Box的全新升級(jí)版。

劍橋大學(xué)出版社和劍橋考評(píng)部合作推出的Power Up，面向6-12歲少年兒童覆蓋YLE, KET, PET三大考試內(nèi)容，共7個(gè)級(jí)別，是劍橋考級(jí)的官方備考教材。

King Canute's day on the beach

I am a servant to the great King Canute. He is a good and powerful king who can do anything. My friend says that she saw him climb the castle as fast as a spider!

And my dad told me that he can swim to the bottom of the sea to talk to jellyfish.

This morning, the king was sitting at the breakfast table, looking at the fish on his gold plate.‘Oh dear,' he said,‘I just want fruit for breakfast today!'
